Utah Construction Information Database
The Bureau of Economic and Business Research at the University of Utah has been collecting building permit data from nearly all cities and counties in Utah since 1958. The data are 
collected monthly and published in the Utah Construction Report.
The data have been in a consistent electronic format since 1994. Select annual data from 1975 through 1993 were also added to the database. The result is a unique, interactive database with more than 30 years of data. The following reports are available:
